We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, an incorrect selection, or an item that is no longer wanted. Please review the selected product option, sizing, power requirements and included items before placing your order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email hokyoDan@163.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Include clear photos where relevant. We will review the issue and advise you on the next steps. Please do not send items back without instructions from our team.
